We aligned Software Europe with the IBM reselling solution and created their first selling channel in the US.
Case Study 2 - Bugsplat Software
Bugsplat is a small provider of crash diagnostics software for companies that develop complex software solutions for the PC such as CAD/CAE vendors. With Bugsplat the challenege was getting noticed on a small budget by the very large players who could use their system. We put together a rifle shot campaign with a creative dimensional mailer that we sent to the QA VP's of the top 30 target companies.
